This program not only served to educate and improve employee performance in the workplace, but also provided the tools and training so that expectations could be met.
Smith & Dress worked with Global Talent to roll out this program internationally and continue to expand its implementation. Not only writing and creating materials for the HTLC training, we designed the interactive evaluation forms for employees and their managers. This involved fielding solutions from around the world and evolving its scope over several years. In addition to the creation of interactive and writable forms in over 20 different languages, we developed workarounds to account for the different technologies deployed in various countries and regions.
